A group of qualified veterinarians, under the direction of the Ministerio de Ganadería, Agricultura y Pesca (MGAP, our National Food Administration) and the Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC, the National Meat Administration) continuously supervise and audit to ensure that all the requirements of the most demanding markets are complied with.
